Woke up this morning with my body aching all over. Today was the first time we’ve seen the balls but not before we had been put through our paces from the fitness coach. We did a session consisting of speed endurance and SAQ drills. These are a welcome break from the hill running of the previous two days. After our hard work from the past couple of days we were rewarded with a Head Tennis competition. Head Tennis is usually great for helping you to work on your touch and control in tight areas, but in this instance although morale was high the same could not be said for the standard of football. The excuse of being ‘a bit rusty’ was an understatement.
