Up Early

An early one this Monday morning as we were in for an 8am start for weights which is always a killer first thing. The weights were really starting to go up a notch and the aching after the sessions was becoming a regular feature for me! I am however starting to feel a lot stronger, which makes it all worthwhile! The weights were followed by the usual 9 v 9 games. My team came out on top on this occasion with me barely having to touch the ball in our 3-0 romp to victory. I also learned that we had a friendly with Bolton on Wednesday and I would be playing 90 minutes. I was delighted on hearing this as I had been craving for some game time ever since being dragged off against Motherwell. It was a chance to put that match in the past, and get some valuable minutes under my belt.
