Torquay United have signed Southampton youngster Jake Thomson on a one-month loan deal.
Gulls Manager Paul Buckle moved to sign the midfielder from the League One Club to reinforce his squad.
The 20 year old has made five first-team appearances this season, all as a substitute, but he last featured in the goal-less draw at home to Colchester on 5th September.
Thomson, who earlier this season was named in the Trinidad & Tobago squad for two World Cup qualifiers, joins Saints team-mate Michael Poke on loan at Plainmoor.
