Again, no improvement in the discomfort caused from the injury, but today saw a bit of variety in my ‘regime’. I was given the day off from swimming and instead I was told to try a bike to see how that felt. I started off gently to just get a feel of the reaction but after five minutes I was advised to up the tempo and push myself. This will benefit me by helping to keep my fitness levels up, although, admittedly, at the time I didn’t enjoy it!! Being able to cycle without any discomfort has upped my spirits slightly because it is getting better, albeit very very slowly!!
