Back to the usual 2-a-day sessions. In the morning we played a possession game where we had to get the ball to the end players. Every time the other team scored a goal, you have to do push-ups and suicide sprints. The coach is really into clean sheets so that is why we get punishments for conceding goals. The main aim of the sessions this week has been not to concede goals. In the afternoon we played a 30-minute game and did shape, getting the ball to the wide men (me and Kyle), and then turning and attacking the full backs. In the evening I had some good news, I had finally been cleared by the NCAA to play in the game tomorrow.
