Day 12 – Tied Up

Even after yesterday’s game we had a hard session in the morning. This involved some possession and team games followed by a 30-minute game at the end. We had the afternoon off and everybody slept because all the lads were tired from the game the day before.

Hill Running

In the evening we were given the best session so far, and the toughest. We traveled to Sugar Mountain about 5 miles up the road and got into 4 teams of 5. We were tied together by ropes in our teams and had to run from the bottom to the peak of the mountain. It was very tiring but my team won easily, and for our prize, we were taken out for a meal afterwards by the coach. The losing team had to clean our boots for the rest of the week! I’m glad we won – the meal was great!
