Call-Up For Clarke

Jordan Clarke

Coventry City right-back Jordan Clarke has been selected for the England Under-19s upcoming friendly with Russia later this month.

The 17 year old youngster, currently a 2nd year Apprentice at City’s Academy, will be involved in the tie at Shrewsbury Town’s ProStar Stadium on Tuesday 8th September.

Clarke made his debut for City on the opening day of the 2009/10 season, coming on as a second half substitute in the 2-1 home win over Ipswich Town.

The Coventry-born starlet then went on to make his full debut in the Club’s 1-0 Carling Cup first round defeat at home to Hartlepool United.
