Another enjoyable day. Tommo and me were out at 9 with and we did a session with the bungee rope. Dave straps us in and we have to dive with the budgie on. The after a set we do another set but without the bungee and it feels like you can fly! We also carried a medicine ball while we were doing it and dropped them when the shot was about to come it. It was a really good session. Afterwards I took some time to practise some kicking by myself while the Apprentices watched the pros finish training. In the afternoon the reserves were in action against Rochdale so we were on duty there. I took my place behind the site where the new stand is being built, stood on a ladder it was the best seat in the house. Our lads ran out 4-2 winners with goals from Lewis Neal, Joe Anyinsah, Karl Hawley and Neil Mellor, in what was an entertaining game.
