Scunthorpe United forward Adam Boyes has joined Kidderminster Harriers on loan for the remainder of the Blue Square Premier season.
The 19 year old forward who joined the Iron in the summer is a graduate of York City’s Apprenticeship programme.
While at the KitKat Crescent, the player featured on more than 50 occasions for the Ministermen and spent more than one trial spell with Manchester United as he etched out a reputation as one to watch for the future.
With a number of Clubs keen on the forward it was Scunthorpe who firmed up their interest and signed him for an undisclosed fee last summer.
Boyes is yet to make his Championship debut, but remains familiar with the Blue Square Premier after returning to York for a brief loan spell earlier this campaign.
The striker is available for FA Trophy action during his stay at Aggborough, and his deal would likely be extended should the Club be fortunate enough to reach the final in May.
