Big Freeze Set To Hit Academy And Youth Alliance Programme

With arctic weather conditions sweeping the country and already forcing the postponement of several of Saturday’s Football League matches, it is likely that the Academy and Youth Alliance fixtures will be severely hit.

With travelling conditions likely to remain poor in the days to come and most Clubs having been forced to train indoors due to snow covered and frozen training pitches it is unlikely that many fixtures will survive the big freeze.

A full listing of provisional fixtures can be found on this website but anybody wishing to attend any Academy or Youth Alliance fixture should check with individual clubs prior to travelling to a match.
