For the last eight years, BelievePerform.com has supported the sport community to encourage coaches and athletes to improve their well-being.
Their website consists of hundreds of applied and practical resources, which include infographics, online courses and articles from a range of authors.
BelievePerform has an online membership focused on supporting learners, athletes, coaches and parents to build practical and applied skills which can contribute to developing positive mental health.
With the ongoing uncertainty across the world, BelievePerform is developing more relevant content that will help learners, athletes, parents and coaches acquire the knowledge to practically look after their mental health and learn how to tolerate uncertainty.
To support LFE’s Academies & Community Trusts, free group membership can be provided to access the online platform.
On Wednesday 22nd April at 9am, BelievePerform is hosting a live webinar for Academy & Community Trust staff to introduce the membership platform and provide mental health tips on how to support learners, athletes and staff. This will be delivered by Adam Morris (Managing Director of BelievePerform and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist).
