Game day today and despite the weather the game went ahead. We played against Belmont Abbey College who were 2nd in the conference and if we hadn’t won at the weekend then this game would decide who would have won the League.
The conditions for the match were shocking, there were massive puddles all over the pitch and the ball just kept stopping. It wasn’t really a football game but we won the battle 2-0 which finished our conference record off nicely with a 9-1 record which is pretty impressive. And some more good news, we’re still 2nd in the nation after yesterday’s poll!
