Friday came around faster than ever and everyone was looking forward to what should be a tough game against the League champions Oldham. We went out with Dave and did some crossing at about 10am before taking our place in the small-sided games. Paul McKenna had joined us for training as he continued his recovery from a series of groin problems which had kept him out for 8 months. Its fantastic having such a high profile pro training with you. All the players raise their game and it lifts the standard immensely. After some great goals and a couple of decent saves it was back in for the quick turnaround before getting off to College.
