Apprentice Handbook 2012-14

The purpose of the Apprentice Handbook is to provide Apprentices with specific information about the content of their training programme and make them aware of their rights and responsibilities whilst on the programme. All Apprentices coming onto the ASE programme in 2012 will receive a copy of the handbook in their logbook.

A Guide to Higher Education Applications was updated in October 2012. It contains information that is all relevant to Apprentice Footballers who are considering applying for Higher Education courses for entry in 2013. It offers an insight into what factors to consider when applying for Higher Education, a full guide to the application process including Clearing and information regarding student finance and support. A Guide to American Scholarships

A Guide to American Scholarships was updated in October 2012. It offers practical and independent advice to young players who are considering taking up a sports scholarship in the United States of America. In recent seasons a number of Apprentices have taken advantage of the opportunity to commence scholarships in America. This booklet is designed to help you understand the background and processes involved in obtaining an American scholarship and assist you in evaluating whether this is the right option for you.
