Second Year Leicester City Apprentice, Tom Parkes has joined League Two side Burton Albion on a month long loan deal.
Parkes, 18, has been an integral part of John Rudkin’s Academy Under-18s side that remain unbeaten in Academy Group B.
Parkes has yet to make a senior appearance for the Foxes but is highly regarded at the Walkers Stadium and the move to the Pirelli Stadium may offer him the chance to gain some valuable first team experience.
Parkes is expected to go straight into the Burton squad for today’s fixture at Torquay.
