North End Let Duo Leave

Preston North End have released first year professionals Tom Smyth and Philip Quirk from their contracts at the Club.

The defensive duo were handed one year deals at the Club last summer after graduating through the Youth ranks at Deepdale.

Smyth has captained the Reserve side on several occasions but the pair have been unable to make an impact at first team level and have been allowed to leave North End to pursue careers elsewhere.
