As it’s #NationalCareersWeek, we thought we’d shine the spotlight on some of our former apprentices who have used the transferrable skills they honed during the #LFEApprenticeshipProgramme to successfully transition into a different career.
👆 Cecil Jee Thomas is now a sports broadcaster for the popular YouTube channel AFTV. The former Crawley Town scholar also runs his own organisation @talenttransfer which focuses on inspiring young people to use key skills they learnt during one career and transfer those into a completely new one. Talent Transfer is one of the many organisations LFE have partnered with over the past 20 years in order to deliver the ‘Life Skills programme.’
