Swansea City midfielder Shaun MacDonald has joined League One side Yeovil Town on a three-month loan deal.
Having come through the Apprenticeship programme at the Liberty Stadium, MacDonald is now in his 3rd full season as a professional and is already acquainted with benefits of going out on loan.
It will be the Welsh Under-21 international’s second spell at Huish Park after a successful one-month loan stay last season which saw him deliver two goals in four league starts.
“I enjoyed my time at Yeovil last season, they looked after me well and I really enjoyed my football there. It’s another chance for me to get some games under my belt. If I can chip in with a few goals along the way as well, it will be a bonus.
“At my age I need to be playing games and I would love to help Yeovil climb the table after all the support and faith they gave me last season when I was there.
