League Football Education Remains Committed To Tackling Racism

League Football Education condemns racist abuse of any kind and is committed to eliminating all forms of discrimination.

Equality and diversity are actively promoted by LFE to learners at all clubs throughout their programme, starting at induction and continuing through progress reviews, assessment sessions, transition activities and via a range of digital and print media.

Additionally, LFE partners with Kick It Out to ensure that equality training is provided to academy players, club staff, parents and carers. These workshops, focusing on challenging topics including discrimination, banter, language, social media and racism, are designed to encourage a culture of respect in clubs and between players, while simultaneously fostering a commitment to equality and positive behaviour.

LFE is dedicated to ensuring that every learner develops to their full potential in an inclusive environment and will continue to educate and increase awareness of this subject.
