During his time at Huddersfield Town, Joe successfully completed a BTEC National Certificate, two A-levels and his Level 2 Coaching Certificate.
With his contract up in the summer of 2006, Joe is now pursuing a career in joinery combining college studies with practical hands-on work experience via a placement. Joe still enjoys his football and can now be seen turning out for Unibond Premier League side Mossley AFC.
Joe says,
“I had a fantastic time at Huddersfield Town even though it didn’t work out as I’d have liked. I’m now retraining for a second career but I don’t regret one moment of my time at Huddersfield, given the chance I would do it all over again.”
