Ryman League Club Harlow Town have been boosted by the signing of central defender Joe O’Cearuill.
Current Manager Anthony Anstead is thrilled at the signing of a player whose current CV includes two full international and nine Under-21 appearances for the Republic of Ireland.
O’Cearuill, now 22, began his career as an Apprentice at Leyton Orient and was signed by Arsenal after his release from Brisbane Road following a successful trial.
Anstead said:
“He’s a fantastic player and he’s a big signing for us. He is young and can play good stuff but he will have to learn to adapt to the rushed style of Ryman League Division One North.”
Anstead has also signed former Crystal Palace Apprentice left-winger Ashley Robinson as he looks to strengthen his squad.
