International Call-Up For Millwall’s O’Brien

Millwall’s Apprentice Aiden O’Brien has been called up by the Republic of Ireland U19’s squad for their double-header of friendlies against Serbia in August.

O’Brien who is a Second Year Apprentice is yet to play in the club’s first-team. He signed professional terms with the Lions last October on his 17th birthday.

The youngster who broke in to the reserve team at the New Den will hope to feature for the Republic in the first game on 9 August.

The Irish squad will then play the second of their two matches 48 hours later on 11th August before the squad return to England.
