Hyam Pens New Ipswich Deal

Luke Hyam has agreed a new three-year contract at Ipswich Town.

The 21-year-old midfielder came through the Tractor Boys Academy system first signing professional terms with the club in 2009.

He has made over 50 appearances in total for the club and has been an ever present this term.

“I’m delighted (to sign a new deal). Everyone knows this is my hometown club and I want to stay here as long as possible,” said Hyam.

“I’m really enjoying my football at the moment and I feel like I am progressing as a player, although I know I have a long, long way to go yet.”

The deal keeps Hyam at Portman Road until the summer of 2016.
