Gillingham youngster Daren Hawkes has joined Ryman League Division One South club Ramsgate on loan.
Hawkes will spend a month at Ramsgate with Gills boss Andy Hessenthaler keen for him to get games under his belt.
The highly-rated Keeper has become third choice at the Preistfield Stadium after the summer arrival of Argentinean stopper Paulo Gazzaniga.
The 18-year-old is in his first year as a professional after coming through the club’s Apprenticeship programme last term.
