Torquay United completed the signing of Leicester City defender Lathaniel Rowe-Turner for an undisclosed fee earlier this week.
The 20 year old came through the Apprenticeship programme while with the Foxes but never made an appearance for the first team.
He has had loan spells with Cheltenham, where he made one appearance, as well as non-league sides Redditch United and King’s Lynn.
The centre-back’s only Football League appearance was in the Robins’ 2-0 defeat by Tranmere in November 2008.
