Two of Notts County’s young prospects have agreed to spend a further month out on loan to gain valuable first team experience, whilst goalkeeper Fabian Spiess has joined Lewes on a work experience agreement.
Midfielder George Nicholas, who spent the last month on loan at Lewes, has extended that deal for a further month and will be joined by Spiess, with Liam Mitchell returning to Meadow Lane after his month-long loan deal at the Dripping Pan expired.
Mitchell is replaced by Spiess, who has been named on the subs bench for the past four consecutive first team fixtures, although as he is still An Apprentice he has joined on a work experience agreement.
Another of the bright young prospects coming through the ranks at Notts, Lewis Whiteley, has agreed to spend a second month on loan at Bishop’s Stortford, where the talented midfielder has clearly impressed manager Ian Walker.
