Football League Awards 2014-15

The Football League and LFE are looking for Club participation in the Apprentice of the Year Award.

Clubs are invited to nominate an outstanding Apprentice to be considered for national recognition at the 2014-15 Football League Awards.

The deadline to nominate a player for the Apprentice of the Year Award is Friday 30 January.

Nominations will be judged and a winner for each division chosen to receive an award at the Football League Awards dinner at The Brewery, London on Sunday 19 April 2015.

How to Enter

Go to http://po.st/ApprenticeEntry2015 and register your entry. Note that no entries will be accepted unless they are first registered via this system.

Please ensure you read the guidance notes at the beginning of the online form carefully and note that in some sections there are word limits to enter.

Once you have submitted your completed nomination you will receive an acknowledgement which you should keep for your records.

Only the electronic online form will be accepted, hard copies or faxes will NOT be accepted.
