Cole Extends Hatters Loan

Derby County youngster Aaron Cole has extended his loan spell at Stockport County.

The winger joined Stockport in November on a temporary basis and has made five appearances in the Blue Square Premier for the Hatters.

He has also featured in their FA Trophy campaign which came to a premature end after defeat to Stalybridge Celtic.

Cole, who is a product of Derby County’s Academy, is yet to make his first-team debut at Pride Park and will remain at Edgeley Park until 31 January although the Rams have the option of recalling the player at 24 hours notice.

Stockport currently sit in 19th spot in the Blue Square Premier a point above the relegation zone.
