LFE’s Goal of the Month is back for the final time during the 2017-18 campaign, with six sumptuous strikes by apprentice from across the Academy leagues in May in contention to join seven previous winners in the Goal of the Season competition.
Ten more strikes have made the shortlist for the third edition LFE’s Goal of the Month competition for the 2017-18 season, with the nominees hoping to follow previous winners Matt Mayes (Portsmouth) and Caolan Boyd-Munce (Birmingham City).

With the 2016-17 season at an end, LFE are celebrating the best goals scored in the Under-18 Academy League across the campaign, with the winners of each Goal of the Month competition in contention for the Goal of the Season prize.
Wet weather got the better of many Under-18 fixtures at the start of Spring, meaning the latest instalment of League Football Education’s Goal of the Month competition includes a selection of the best goals in the Academy Leagues from March and April.
