A series of evaluations will take place including:
1. De-brief (on visit). Involving all the people that attended the mobility this will be an opportunity to discuss the merits and downfalls of the visit. Observations and conclusions would be expected to be recorded by the participants, accompanying staff and receiving Club staff.
2. Apprentice post mobility assessment.
3. Accompanying staff post mobility assessment.
4. LFE staff post mobility assessment.
5. Post mobility de-brief (off site). This will be an opportunity to monitor the progress with regard to the final reports but also to administer the post visit participant feedback form.
