Shots Offer Hopkinson Chance

Bobby Hopkinson

Aldershot Town Manager Gary Waddock boosted his midfield options with the signing of Bobby Hopkinson on non-contract terms.

The 19 year old former Plymouth Argyle Apprentice has been on trial with the Shots during pre-season and impressed enough to be handed another chance.

Waddock said:

“Bobby and his family have shown a lot of commitment and we will give him an opportunity to perform.

“Bobby did well in the pre-season campaign in the matches that he played.

“He is a young lad who is still learning the game and he is a good footballer. We welcome Bobby to the Club.”
