After a big build up Progression ’08 certainly delivered and proved a resounding success with all who attended the City of Manchester stadium yesterday.
The event hosted by League Football Education in association with The PFA (Professional Footballer’s Association) and The Football League paired some of the UK’s leading employers and education & training institutions with Apprentice Footballers and Professional Athletes in a pioneering initiative that is part of a strategy to support, re-train and provide alternative career and study opportunities to sporting apprentices and those retiring from sport.
