Peterborough United youngster Carl Piergianni has proved an instant hit at Blue Square Premier strugglers Altrincham after being named Man of the Match in his first game on loan at the Club.
Piergianni starred at left back in Altrincham’s scoreless New Years Day draw with Wrexham.
The 18 year old defender is a product of the Posh Academy and made one senior appearance for them as a substitute against Rochdale in September.
