Crystal Palace midfielder Nathaniel Pinney is set to join Dagenham & Redbridge on loan.
The short-term measure will see the 19 year old join up with the League One outfit after George Burley sanctioned the deal.
Burley told the Croydon Advertiser: “I think it’s a great move for the boy.”
“He’s got lots of potential but we feel he needs some first-team football. The experience of playing regularly in League One – a very competitive division – will be excellent for his development.”
Pinney, who signed professional terms at Palace in 2008 has made one senior appearance for the Club.
