Parsons Signs For Palace

Crystal Palace have offered a professional contract to 2nd year Apprentice Matt Parsons.

The 18 year old left-back has landed a one-year deal at Selhurst Park after progressing through the Club’s highly successful Academy.

“Matty has done very well this season,” Youth boss Gary Issott told Palace’s official website.

“He had a stop-start first year but in his second year he held down a regular spot in the Academy and Reserve sides and his game has improved.”

Palace will release fellow youngsters Jack Randall, Joe Goldsmith, Taurean McDonald-Roberts and Kieran Kenlock at the end of the season.
