Lloyd-Weston On Loan To Gain Further Experience

Port Vale keeper Daniel Lloyd-Weston has signed for UniBond League Premier Division Club Nantwich Town on a one month loan deal.

19 year old Lloyd Weston is highly regarded at the Coca-Cola League Two outfit and has been pressing his claims for first team inclusion this season.

However, with current number one Chris Martin in impressive form and Joe Anyon available again following injury, Vale Boss Micky Adams is keen for his young protégé to gain further experience, albeit at semi-professional level.

Lloyd-Weston attracted interest from Manchester United earlier this term and a number of Premier League Clubs are believed to be monitoring his progress.
