Borussia Dortmund have agreed a £31m fee with Sunderland for the transfer of Jobe Bellingham.
The former apprentice has attracted interest from a number of clubs across Europe, but it is his brother Jude’s former employers who look set to win the race for the 19-year-old.
Bellingham signed for the Black Cats in the summer of 2023 and helped them secure promotion back to the Premier League last season following an eight year absence from the top flight.
If the deal with the Bundesliga giants can be finalised by June 10th, Bellingham will be available to compete in the Club World Cup which takes places in America from June 14th to July 13th.
