An excellent opportunity to join the Quality Team of League Football Education has become available.
LFE was established by The Football League and The PFA and manages the education of 16 to 18 year old Apprentice Footballers at Football League Clubs throughout England and Wales. LFE has established itself as one of the leading WBL providers in the country having achieved an Outstanding Ofsted result in April 2012.
The role of Quality Improvement Assistant involves supporting the delivery of the quality management system and strive to ensure it meets the outstanding requirements as required by the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework. You will be required to assist the Quality Manager with the continual improvement of the quality management system and ensure it provides the basis for the improvement of the Apprenticeship programme.
Knowledge and experience of the FE or WBL sector would be useful, but not essential. Excellent communication add ICT skills and ability to use your own initiative are essential as are a minimum of 4 GCSE’s at C and above, to include Maths and English.
