Job Opportunity: LFE Community Trust Study Programme Regional Officer

LFE Community Trust Study Programme Regional Officer.

Two-year fixed term contract (with a possibility of becoming permanent, subject to funding).

Location: North – although home-based, the role requires regular travel to our partners in the North of England.

League Football Education (LFE) was established in 2004 by The English Football League (EFL) and The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) to manage the education of 16 to 18-year-old apprentice footballers at EFL clubs.

In addition, LFE oversees the academic programme for Study Programme learners at nine Community Trusts, in partnership with The EFL and EFL Trust.

LFE is now looking for a CTSP Regional Officer, who will be responsible for a portfolio of learners and Community Trusts/Foundations, ensuring each learner has a high quality, quality-assured learning experience, which meets the contractual requirements of the funding agencies and the requirements of LFE, as directed by the CT Study Programme Manager.

This role requires Enhanced Criminal Records Checks and checks against the Barred Lists and is exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974). Therefore, all convictions, including spent convictions that have not been subject to filtering by the DBS, should be declared.
