While Hull City’s seniors professional might have just jetted off to represent their countries all across the globe, two of the Tigers apprentices are just arriving back at the KC Stadium after international duty.
First year Apprentice Max Clark is one of those to return to Humberside.
The 16-year-old defender has played three times for England’s U17 side in the past week as part of the St George’s Park International U17 Tournament.
England faced games against Italy, Turkey and Portugal with Clark featuring in all three.
Although the Three Lions thrashed Turkey 4-1, they were beaten 3-2 by Italy and 1-0 by Portugal in what was a good run-out for the squad ahead of their European Championship games in October.
Meanwhile, Eoghan McCawl has been away with the Northern Ireland youth squad.
