Luton Town’s Youth team squad have appeared on television broadcasted in 190 countries and to a worldwide audience of 80 million people.

As part of the BBC World Service’s World Today radio show, members of Martin Prickett’s side were up early on Monday morning being interviewed live on air at Kenilworth Road about their thoughts on playing for the Club as well giving their views on the importance of Football Clubs in the local community.

The BBC’s global channel, BBC World, visited the training ground later in the morning to film and interview Prickett and a selection of the Town’s up-and-coming stars for their daily news magazine.

It was an early start for the lads on Monday morning but their performances on the mic and in front of the camera belied their years.

First shown at 5am on the BBC’s Worldwide Channel, the feature was repeated on the hour to a worldwide audience.
