LFE is pleased to announce that Sheffield Wednesday’s Jarrod Kyle is the winner of the April 2012 Goal of the Month award.
Kyle wins the award for a 25-yard thunderbolt that arrowed into the top corner against local rivals Sheffield United on 7 April.
“I am really pleased to win, it was a great goal.” Kyle told LFE.
Academy Manager Sean McAuley added: “Jarrod’s strike was a really good finish.”
“He struck it well and it was a deserved winner in this month’s competition.”
Kyle now automatically qualifies for the Goal of the Season competition.
