Fabian Speiss Agrees New Deal With Notts County

Fabian Speiss has agreed a new long term deal with Notts County.

The 19-year-old goalkeeper graduated from the club’s apprenticeship programme and enjoyed a mini run in the Magpies first-team mid-way through last season while Bartosz Bialkowski was injured.

The German youngster was rumoured to be attracting the attention of several Premier League clubs last term.

“It’s been going on for quite a while and I’m really glad that it’s finally done,” Speiss told the club website. “The main thing was the chance to play. I think I’ve got a good chance this year of playing some games.”
