Ashley Eastham has signed on loan for Carlisle United until 3rd January 2011.
The Blackpool defender joined Carlisle just before yesterday’s transfer deadline at 5pm.
A product of Blackpool’s Apprenticeship programme, Eastham had two outings with the first team last season before a loan spell saw him play 20 times at Cheltenham Town.
“Ashley had a great spell with Cheltenham and he is another that we have watched and heard good things about,” said United Manager Greg Abbott.
“He enjoyed playing first team football last season and comes here ready to show everyone what he can do.”
