Today was more of a chill out day. We set off traveling again for UNC Pembroke, which is back in North Carolina. We set off at about 12pm and arrived at 2pm. We then trained at 7pm just having a light kick around and doing some stretches before having a meal and watching a film in the evening. The temperature here is a slightly lower 96 degrees but the humidity is unreal!
