With all the other lads back in normal training today I found myself confined to the gym! This time a 20-minute bike followed by an upper-body circuit. There is now the real prospect of me having to undertake a scan if there is no improvement over the weekend. This discussion arose today between the physios, so if the situation is the same on Monday it looks like I’ll be off to hospital for an MRI scan. Hopefully that will then provide a clearer picture of what is happening in the back of my hamstring.
