Waking up this morning, my injury feels a bit better therefore I was allowed to go down to Total Fitness where I completed a 20-minute cross trainer followed by a 10-minute gentle jog. I am feeling pleased with the progression of this injury and aim to be back in full training next Monday after I have got through my re-habilitation work. This afternoon consisted of just more icing to stop any potential bleeding within the muscle after the work done this morning and yet more upper body weights to help me to stay in shape!
