Colchester Youth Team Go Goal Crazy

Colchester United’s U18s went goal crazy on Saturday as they hit 9 goals without reply against Thurrock.

A hat-trick by Ross Gilfedder alongside a Drey Wright double and solitary strikes from Nnamdi Nwachuku, Gus Mafuta, Mason Stewart and Toby Blanchewho eased the U’s to a comfortable pre-season victory.

Tony Humes’ men will hope their goal spree continues in to the weeks ahead with their league season kicking-off at Luton on 6 August.
