Bodin Receives Wales Call-Up

Billy Bodin

Swindon Town Under 18’s midfielder Billy Bodin has been called up to the Wales Under-21 squad.

Bodin, who has trained with the Swindon first team on occasions this season, has been a regular goalscorer for Paul Bodin’s Under 18’s side and has now been handed another opportunity on the international stage.

“We got the call this morning and he has been called up to join the Under-21 squad for their forthcoming game against Bosnia-Herzegovina,”

said Bodin senior.

“The Town Under 18’s don’t have a game this weekend so he will link up with the Welsh squad on Monday morning feeling fresh.”
