Atkins Move To Harriers

Derby County youngster Ross Atkins has joined Blue Square Premier Club Kidderminster Harriers on a one-month loan deal.

The arrival of the 20 year old former England Youth international goalkeeper to Aggborough will ease Kiddy Boss Steve Burr’s goalkeeping problems after first choice stopper Dean Coleman’s recent injury troubles.

Atkins has progressed through the Youth and Reserve teams at Pride Park but is yet to make his first team debut, he has previously spent periods on loan at Southport and Burton Albion.

The keeper will link up with his new team-mates in time to be considered for this weekend’s FA Trophy tie at Oxford United.
